Prepack MIG MB15 starter kit designed for use with the MIG torch BNZ 15 and is suitable for all types of MIG welding applications. Consists of 5 x BNZ 15 contact tips 0.8mm x M6, 1 x BNZ 15 shroud and 1 x BNZ 15 Tip Adaptor. Contact tips are consumable parts that come into direct contact with the welding wire to ensure proper electrical contact and transfer the welding current to the wire (0.8mm). BNZ 15 shroud, also known as a gas nozzle or welding nozzle directs and shapes the shielding gas flow around the welding arc, providing protection to the weld pool from atmospheric contamination. BNZ 15 Tip Adaptor is used to secure the contact tip within the torch allowing for reliable wire feeding and electrical conductivity. The starter kit includes components that is crucial for ensuring proper functionality and optimal welding performance necessary to get started with MIG welding using the BNZ 15 torch.
