Description
Hook and Eye Turnbuckle is a mechanical fitting that is used to adjust the tension and length of a wire rope, cable, or chain in a variety of applications. Consists of two threaded rods, one with a hook on one end and the other with an eye on one end, connected by a central body with internal threads. Designed to be installed between two anchor points, such as a wall or post, with one end of the wire rope or cable attached to the hook and the other end attached to the eye. By turning the central body, the two threaded rods are either pulled closer together or pushed further apart, which adjusts the tension and length of the wire rope or cable.
